Inloggen → My bookings → Annuleren. Tot 24u vooraf gratis. Daarna wordt het tarief in rekening gebracht, behalve voor leden met Premium of Team.

Kan ik voor mijn team boeken?

Ja. Team-leden kunnen op één account meerdere gasten toevoegen. Boekingen worden centraal gefactureerd. Bel of mail info@theextramile.nl voor team-onboarding.

Bieden jullie wederkerende boekingen?

Voor lidmaatschap ja — Premium krijgt een vaste plek, Team ook eigen kantoor. Voor losse boekingen kun je een herhaal-week aanmaken in de community-app.

Wat zit er bij bezoekersparkeren?

Twee uur gratis voor leden — registreer kenteken in de community-app. Klep gaat automatisch open. Langer dan 2u → €4/uur extra, automatisch afgeschreven.
